Adell Collins Keefe, 90, beloved wife of John Thomas "Bubba" Keefe, passed away Saturday, August 8, 2015 at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center. She was born in Horry County, the daughter of the late Tolar and Eliza Martin Sarvis. Mrs. Keefe was preceded in death by her parents, first husband, Howard Justin Collins; a son, Howard William Collins; a brother, Dewey Sarvis, and two sisters, Ardette Seagraves and Elnita Summerford. She is survived by her husband, John Thomas "Bubba" Keefe of Longs; two sons, Harold (Sharon) Collins of Santa Maria, California and Auburn (Bobbie) Collins of North Myrtle Beach; a stepson, Perry Keefe of Arkansas; a stepdaughter, Wendy Lorraine Keefe of Lake City; a daughter-in-law, Joyce Collins of Hawaii; four grandchildren, David, Chris, Richard, and Justin Collins; four great-grandchildren, Kayla, Kelsey,Ty, and Kayana Collins; three step-grandchildren, Kacey, Darian, and Austin Keefe, and one step-great-grandchild, Baylor Keefe. The family will receive friends from 12:00 until 1:00 p.m., Thursday, August 13, 2015 at Meares Funeral Home in Mullins. Funeral services will follow the visitation at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday in the chapel of the funeral home. Burial will be at Devotion Gardens. An online guestbook is available at www.mearesfh.com.
