Burnice Louise Graham, 85, of Conway passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 with her family by her side. She was born in Horry County on July 23, 1938, the daughter of the late Hubert Mishoe, Sr. and the late Reba Thompkins Mishoe.

Burnice was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother and was an excellent cook. She loved nothing more than cooking for her family and spending time with them. Shopping with her daughter was another one of her favorite things to do. A strong and independent woman, she always insisted on doing things her way. Her family finds great comfort in knowing that she is resting safely in the arms of Jesus and reunited with her beloved husband and son.

Burnice was predeceased by her husband, Eston J. Graham, a loving son, Randy Cox, four brothers, John Wesley Mishoe, Henry Wallace Mishoe, Hubert Mishoe, Jr., and George David Mishoe, and a sister, Velma Richardson.

She is survived by her daughter, Patty Graham Grainger and her husband, Mitchell of Green Sea; a son, Dennis J. Graham of Loris; her sister, Marilyn Caison (Ronnie) of Moncks Corner; a granddaughter, Kayla Graham, and a great-grandson, Robbie Busque.

In keeping with her request, the service will be a private ceremony with only family at Meares Funeral Home in Mullins and Reverend Gordon Graham officiating. Burial will be at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery in Galivants Ferry.

If you would like to remember Burnice, memorial donations may be made to Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 2080 Highway 129, Galivants Ferry, South Carolina 29544.

The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to Crescent Hospice and Christy Long for the exceptional care and compassion shown to their mother.
