Loris- Charlie Brown, 64, died Monday, June 18, 2012. He was born in Horry County, a son of the late James Bruce and Mattie Mae Phillips Brown. Mr. Brown was predeceased by three brothers and one sister. He is survived by his wife, Martha Ann Lewis Brown of the home; a son, Randy (Sharen) Brown of Loris; two daughters, Judy Stevens of Loris and Jennifer (Jamie) Godbolt of Aynor; two brothers, Bobby (Joyce) Brown of Loris and David (Joyce) Brown of Thomasville, N.C.; two sisters, Bonnie (Paul) Albee of Albemarle, N.C. and Glenda (Reece) Housand of Loris, and four grandchildren, Travis Brown, Jonathan Stevens, and MaKenzie and Makayla Godbolt. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., Friday, June 22, 2012 at Meares Funeral Home in Mullins. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, June 23, 2012 in the chapel of the funeral home. Entombment will follow at Lake Swamp Baptist Church Cemetery.
