Timmonsville- Judy Skipper, 55, passed away Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at Doctors Hospital in Augusta, Georgia. She was born in Marion County, the daughter of the late Hoytt Skipper and Edna Cusaac. Ms. Skipper is survived by a daughter, Nicole Skipper of Timmonsville, S.C., a brother, Kevin Timothy Skipper of Florence, and a granddaughter, Abigail Paige Broach. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m., Friday, August 1, 2014 at Meares Funeral Home in Mullins.
