Nichols- Marie Anderson, 78, died Friday, March 15, 2013 at her home. She was born in Horry County, a daughter of the late Charlie Dayton and Mildred Anderson Strickland. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Mrs. Anderson was predeceased in addition to her parents, by a brother, Tim Strickland. She is survived by three sons, Danny Anderson of Nichols, Barry (Debbie) Anderson of Nichols, and Terry (Ann) Anderson of Nichols; two daughters, Wanda Gunsallus of Longs, and Sherry (Ronnie) Locklear of Brunswick, N.C., a brother, Jessie Strickland of Columbia, eight grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., Sunday, March, 17, 2013 at Meares Funeral Home in Mullins.
