Mullins- Minnie Belle Sarvis, 70, passed away Saturday, December 20, 2014 at Carolinas Hospital System in Marion. She was born in Marion County, a daughter of the late Clyde and Marie Treadway Collins. Minnie Belle loved her family and especially enjoyed following her boys' racing team. Minnie Belle was predeceased in addition to her parents, by her husband, Ronald Sarvis and three brothers, William, Walter, and Buddy Collins. She is survived by three sons, Dall (Pam) Black of Nichols, Donald Black of Nichols, and Lee (Christina) Black of Mullins, two brothers, Carol Collins of Friendship and Clyde Collins of Mullins; two sisters, Ruby (Lee) Lynch of Salisbury, N.C. and Lottie Ruth Jones of Marion; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., Sunday, December 21, 2014 at Meares Funeral Home in Mullins. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, December 22, 2014 in the chapel of the funeral home. Burial will follow at Red Hill Memorial Gardens.
