Mullins- Murvin Drew, 67, passed away peacefully at his home on Monday, November 11, 2013. He was born in Marion County, a son of the late Evander and Wilma Lane Drew. Murvin was predeceased in addition to his parents, by his second wife, Patsy Drew and a sister, Levan Fowler. He is survived by his wife, Nollie Libby Drew of Mullins; son, Luke Cory Drew and his children, Keith and Hana Drew of Mullins, two daughters, Mia Drew of Florence, and Monica E. Drew and her son, Austin Lovett of Mullins; a brother, Jimmy Dale (Mary) Drew of Pace, Florida; and a sister, Carolyn (Archie) Rogers of Frederick, MD. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at Meares Funeral Home in Mullins, and at other times at the home, 167 Danny Road in Mullins. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, November 14th in the chapel of Meares Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Midway Cemetery in Mullins.
