Neide V. Bullock, 71, of Nichols, passed away Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence. She was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, the daughter of the late Manuel Vasques and the late Rosa Dina Bovo Vasques. Neide was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, and sister. She spent many years as a seamstress at Anvil Knitwear. A woman of many talents, she was a marvelous cook, loved gardening, was a talented seamstress; and she spoke three languages.

She is survived by her husband of forty years, Lonnie Eugene Bullock; two daughters, Helena Pease (Tim Cribb) of Marion, Lannette (Rob) Barfield of Dillon; two stepdaughters, Gina Branham of Columbia and Michelle Branham of Sumter; a brother, Manuel Vasquez of Sao Paulo, Brazil; a sister, Lourdes Vasquez of San Paulo, Brazil; brother-in-law, Martin (Pat) Locklear of Fayetteville; two sisters-in-law, Hilda Etheridge of Sumter and Missie Ann Caulder of Mullins; two former sons-in-law, Ray Gasque of Mullins and Rick (Traci) Pease of Timmonsville; a niece, Mandy Cook of Florida, nine grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.

At her request, there are no services planned. The spreading of her ashes will be private for the immediate family.
