Olivia "Libby" Rogers Elliott, 66, of Nichols passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, March 30, 2017 surrounded by her family. She was born in Mullins, the daughter of the late Reece and Minnie Elliott Rogers. Libby loved flowers and especially the hummingbirds that they attracted.

She was predeceased in addition to her parents, by her husband, Carlton Ray Elliott, three brothers, Alton Rogers, Bobby Rogers, and James Elliott; and a sister, Earline Smithey.

Libby is survived by two sons, Clay G. Britt of Nichols and Jamie R. (Crystal) Elliott of Green Sea; two brothers, Dan W. (Ruth) Rogers of Seattle, Washington and Benny Rogers of Nichols; three sisters-in-law, Janet Rogers of Mullins, Sara Lynn Rogers of Marshville, North Carolina, and Bridgette Elliott of Binghamton, New York, a grandson, Layne A. Britt, and her cat, Julio.

A graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at Elliott Cemetery in Nichols directed by Meares Funeral Home of Mullins. The family will receive friends at the cemetery following the service.
