Fork- Pauline Gleason Allison, 97, went to be with her Heavenly Father on Saturday, June 29, 2013 at Mullins Nursing Center. She was born in Marion, a daughter of the late William C. and Nannie L. Gleason. Mrs. Allison was a devoted member of Fork Baptist Church. She was predeceased in addition to her parents, by her husband, Carl R. Allison, a daughter, Diane Roberts, and five brothers, Everette, Frank, Earl, Randall, and Rhett Gleason. Mrs. Allison is survived by her daughter, Carol A. Richardson of Nichols; a son, Donald E. (Shirley) Allison of Fork; two sisters, Winnie Waller of Georgia and Shirley (Sherrill) Lewis of Florence; five grandchildren, Dawn (Cecil) Dutton of Hartsville, Robbie Burnette and Patty Gorman, both of Oklahoma, and Sara Richardson and Riley Richardson, both of Nichols; six great-grandchildren; three sisters-in-law, Anne Gleason of Fork, Frances Gleason of Darlington, and Sarah Gleason of Boone, N.C., and many special nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at Meares Funeral Home in Mullins. A graveside service will follow the visitation on Tuesday, July 2 at 12:30 p.m. at Fork Baptist Church Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Fork Baptist Church, 1923 Old River Road, P.O.
