Mullins- Robert B. Christmas, 86, died Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at Carolinas Hospital Systems in Mullins. He was born in Mullins, a son of the late Charlie W. and Sallie Christmas. Mr. Christmas was predeceased by his wife, Deborah H. Christmas and a brother, Charles Christmas. He is survived by two daughters, Merry Lee Christmas and Carol Annette Christmas, both of Lexington, S.C.; one son, Noel Whyte Christmas of Charlotte, Tennessee; six sisters, Jo C. Rogers, Eulee C. (Johnny) Dozier, Sallie C. Rising, Frankie C. (John) Worrell, Loraine C. (Johnny) Brown all of Mullins, and Charlotte C. (Mike) Baxley of Brevard, N.C.; three grandchildren, Bo, Juston, and Teddi, and four great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, August 16, 2012 at the home, 211 Lewis Street, Mullins. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, August 17, 2012 at Red Hill Memorial Gardens. An online guest book is available at mearesfh.com.
