Marion Walter Ray Buddy Prince, 66, died Tuesday, September 20, 2011. He was born in Columbus County, North Carolina, a son of the late Walter Prince and Magaline Gause Prince. He was preceded in death by two sisters Ann Collins and Betty Jo Hiatt. Survivors include one brother Shortty (Martha) Prince of Olanta and Brenda Strickland of Mullins and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 27, 2011 at Meares Funeral Home of Mullins South Carolina. A memorial service will follow at 5:00 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home.
